To Boost or Not to Boost? Germany, Japan, Switzerland

Let’s compare three most developed countries with strongly aging populations and their most recent “Covid-19” death statistics (7th wave, as we’ve been told):

You might say that the next variant hit Japan and Germany at a time offset, hence the discrepancy in timing of the deaths’ peak. Yet, Switzerland and Germany border each other and mainly have same genetic composition and lots of cross-border traffic.

What is different between them is the lack of any discernible “boosting” going on in Switzerland so far, in contrast to Japan and Germany, where the peaks in “Covid-19” mortality follow the peaks in “boosting” by about 3 weeks:
