As a farmer- I call BS.😉

Every single economy, throws more food away than it consumes. In the past I literally had to get rid of crops because I had no retailers to buy them- the market was flooded. It literally happens to every farmer, every season. Multiple times, for multiple factors.

RETAIL food will suffer. Because farmers will choose to go to direct market or consumer instead. Consumers will start to grow more of their own food and buy less garbage from supermarkets- leading to better health, less toxic chemicals in their diet.

When the rest of farmers, see the productive, quality nutritional and environmental benefits that regenerative farmers, like myself, are getting, compared to conventional, with less costs on fertilisers and pesticides, they will switch and create MORE food.

It's really not freaking rocket science to grow food. Stick a seed in soil, water it and let sunshine touch it, and even crappy seed, crappy soil, crappy water will produce something.

The three things that will create a global famine-

1. Let WEF and Co, control all the access to seeds or make them GMO.

2, let Bill Gates and MIT team develop their "sun blocking" technology, in the name of BS climate science.

3. The average person believing the non stop BS that all the WEF, WHO, and governments keep piling on.🙄🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Agreed. I buy local. Plenty to be had. We stick up on certain things for winter and they’re accessible again in spring. I’m fortunate to live in an area surrounded by farms. Sadly, some are already buying the GMO seeds or feeding them to livestock but there are farmers practicing regenerative farming too and that’s who we buy from. We get more eggs than we really need and we grow some of our own produce. There have always been food shortages in various parts of the world at different times. There is no worldwide famine. Not yet.

Cheers. I buy local as much as feasible. I even search on craigslist for ranchers for eggs, pigs and steers. As you'll note, the technically 'unsophisticated' Amish farmers seem to do all right. Probably because they have their in-house supplies of manures, tried and true techniques and aren't going into huge debt for a John Deere tractor that you can't even repair yourself.

The poor countries mentioned in the article either have been or are currently at war, and all of them are corrupt. No surprise that things aren't going well. As for the Anglo/Euro area problems, given shutdowns for the vah-rus, inflation due to the vah-rus, burdensome regulations (vah-rus or otherwise), well, you can see how that goes.

It'll be a great day when the many realize they are the many.

Just the other day I linked the idea that the recent plague scare in msm had been preceded by the biblical leprosy scare late last year. I thought the next would he locusts. Famine. Interesting. Of course locusts might come after or during that as a food source and so best to delay that one. Hmmmm.

She looks like she'll soon be dead.

highest time to dig up the lawn and plant veggies. For those that can, get a chicken coop. If you don't want to give up the grass get a a few goats or a cow. Grow your own food.

It amazes me the Dunning Kruger that is demonstrated by people who have never grown anything.

1. Where would you get the seeds?

2. Try growing something on a lawn that has been fertilized with chems....

3. How do you keep rabbits and other animals from eating the food (if you do succeed).

4. What do you do about insects and plant diseases? Also if you grow in soil that is not nutrient rich -- your plants will be weak... and susceptible to disease (hey -- it just occurred to me that this is a parallel for human disease... if you don't eat a balanced diet and maintain health .. guess what happens)

5. How do you water the crop? Pumps won't work.... there will be no water supply....

6. Last but not least.... if you are able to overcome the above ... what do you eat while you wait for the crop? And how do you keep the thousands of starving neighbours from ripping up your crop and eating it?

I've read more than a few books about hard times... generally farming was never an answer cuz folks will tear your head off to get your food.... they ate grass and leaves... imagine what they would do for a carrot....

This generally leads to cannibalism... eating dead bodies... e.g. https://alphahistory.com/russianrevolution/great-famine-of-1921/#Cannibalism

I've already got the chickens- it was a nice feeling to give eggs to people when we had that egg shortage during covid. They'll be prying those girls from my cold dead hands.

Never have I felt so lucky to be stuck in a tight knit place where everyone knows each other...

LOL. I heard something years ago about how many guns are around here. Lots of current and past Marines and Navy. Most have a lot of guns. Then we have the hippies who farm. Sounds like a symbiotic relationship to me.

I hear target practice nearly every weekend. Music to my ears.

These nice people will rip your face off and eat your chickens when the super markets go empty....

Try locking 10 dogs in a room - feed them as much as they want... they will get along. Then don't feed them for a few days - and toss kg of beef into the room

Same goes for humans

I don't think so. But I know my neighbors better than you do. I'm sorry if you are in a situation where neighbors would be predatory. Around here, we all have guns and we know it.

Do you have enough food to feed all of your neighbours? What about the people who are within walking distance of you? What about all your friends and family who know you grow food and will be asking you to feed them?

These people might seem pleasant so long as the supermarkets are well stocked. But when they are not - and people start to go hungry.... and they come asking for you to share ... and you say sorry - there is not enough for everyone.

What do you think they will do?

Let me tell you --- when a father sees his kids starving and you tell him sorry there is not enough ... he will rip your face off.

You are delusional.

No idea how much is true but it's MSN headlines. Given the way mainstream media is used to alter our perception of the world, I'll assume this is another example of seeding ideas. Goes along with 'eat ze bugs'.

When you talk about WEF and global famine, I'm sure it wouldn't have escaped your notice that most of these WEF types look well fed, if not overfed. Some look positively slobby. Not surprising given what we know about their high living at Davos with fine foods and wines as well as the highest-paid prostitutes.

Why are you telling people the horsemen are riding when they aren’t? The scope of the wars, killing, famine and pestilence that will occur during the tribulation on way beyond anything this world has ever seen. It will be worldwide all at once and effect everyone.

It has not begun and will be obvious to everyone when it does. You won’t need to write about it for people to know. In fact, life as we know it will be gone. There won’t be people on SM of any kind, if there is even internet access available at that point, bc everyone will be in survival mode.

Of course anyone can choose to believe anything but there should be a basis for your position. Wondering where you get this idea when revelation is pretty clear about how massive it will be. Not to mention the trigger that starts the tribulation hasn’t come into play yet. To each his own. I’ll stick with Biblical truth.

I have included the 'Global Holodomor' scenario in UEP https://www.headsupster.com/forumthread?shortId=220

I see most dying from the deadly mutation that will at some point arise... and the survivors will lock themselves down and starve to death (fearful of the plague).... of course they need to be informed there is no food to be had... so why bother going out... the food vans will come to you ... the coup de grace might be a total thermo nuke launch ... along with the spent fuel ponds spewing their deadly cargoes.

It's not easy to exterminate 8B+ humans... they are covering all bases
