Another Mob Hit "Study": "Intermittent Fasting Kills"
While eating around the clock extends lives. Who would have thought?! Finally some good news!
You probably saw the headlines from a couple of days ago, trumpeted all over the propaganda media, e.g. “The intermittent fasting trend may pose risks to your heart” (WP, 2024.03.18):
The findings were presented Monday at an American Heart Association meeting in Chicago and focused on a popular version of intermittent fasting that involves eating all your meals in just eight hours or less — resulting in at least a 16-hour daily fast, commonly known as “time-restricted” eating.
The study analyzed data on the dietary habits of 20,000 adults across the United States who were followed from 2003 to 2018. They found that people who adhered to the eight-hour eating plan had a 91 percent higher risk of dying from heart disease compared to people who followed a more traditional dietary pattern of eating their food across 12 to 16 hours each day.
The “study” was preannounced to the American Hart Association in a presentation called “Association of 8-Hour Time-Restricted Eating with All-Cause and Cause-Specific Mortality” (and an abstract only):
Literally, your overall mortality is the lowest if you also eat while sleeping (>16 hours per day)? And especially if you have a cancer while at it. Just this table alone gives me a pause.
But is the “intermittent fasting”, especially the intermittent fasting for ketosis, the same thing as “time-restricted eating”? Definitely not: “Intermittent Fasting: The Definitive Guide (2024)”
Obviously it can’t be the intermittent fasting for ketosis, as it has become popular AFTER the study window has closed in 2018:
But the media somehow substituted the closer-unspecified “Time-Restricted Eating” for “Intermittent Fasting” of all kinds and ran with it. Lest you get weened off the Big Pharma care. And they know precisely what they are doing: the gullible among us, which are the vast majority, will have this notion that “intermittent fasting kills” lodged in their heads for good. And the gullible do not revise their notions ever, at least not until the propaganda media tells them to.
So, even before the dubious findings had a chance to see any scrutiny from peer reviews, or the day of light for that matter, they have already accomplished their mission. Any suggestion that intermittent fasting may be doing any good will be summarily dismissed by the gullible masses. Go ahead and indulge in that midnight snack on whatever you happen to have left in your freezer - knock yourself out!

This nonsensical study pushed by the American Heart Association is nothing more than a cynical effort to add another fake cause of death to distract from covid injection-induced mortalities.
"Science" has so utterly destroyed its credibility by shrieking "safe and effective" even while people were obviously dropping dead from the toxxine that no scientist should ever be trusted again until:
1. everyone who put in smarmy pro-vaxx prefaces to their scientific papers is fired, never to work again
2. everyone who mandated the vaxx is hanged, starting from those at the "health" agencies, especially Pfauci
3. Pfizer is broken up and sold for scrap
