But a chicken virus that represents one of the deadliest germs in history breaks from this conventional wisdom, thanks to an inadvertent effect from a vaccine. Chickens vaccinated against Marek’s disease rarely get sick. But the vaccine does not prevent them from spreading Marek’s to unvaccinated birds.

I know what I know. I've had pneumonia 3 or 4 times. I've had the flu every other year. And I spend months recovering. Every spring and fall I suffered a serious respiratory condition-hay fever? Except my doctor told me only children get allergies. Ever since I regularly dosed myself with vitamin C, up to bowel tolerance each day, I haven't had any respiratory conditions. And once when my vitamin C oxidized and lost it's power--I got another respiratory event.
As a case study of n=1, I'd say vitamin C is a proven treatment for and also prevention of pneumonia, flu, bronchitis--and even sepsis. (Treated my husband with 40 grams daily of vitamin C until he tested negative in about 10 days).

I LOVE this post. I have 3 doctor friends who have started a friendly debate with me about vaccines. I always lose. People who decline measles vaccines for their children--IDIOTS! Destroying herd immunity and contributing to measles outbreaks and deaths from this highly contagious infection. What's generating these death reports? No way to know these reports are actually valid. Most of these adverse events also occur with Covid. All vaccines have this pattern. I.e. more deaths in close proximity to vaccination. He states that heart disease is not markedly greater than the baseline for elder people. He's not saying that nobody dies from vaccines--he's seen 3 or 4 deaths in his own practice. Every sentence is like a bullet piercing my heart. BUT NOTE: Paper was published in 2021 right at the start of the more lethal delta strain when vaccines were at their most effective and their safety was unquestioned. I had two thoughts. The author's reasoning reminded me of the astronomers who argued vehemently that the earth rotated in a perfectly circular pattern around the son. EPICYCLES EPICYCLES! We need complex arguments to preserve the fiction of vaccine safety/efficacy.. But why rely on 2 year old data to prove the efficacy of mRNA vaccines? Bring out the latest statistics!

I've had to purge myself of the desire to see my friends sicken and die from vaccine adverse events as they repent, crying they're sorry they didn't listen to me. After they're dead, of course, there will be no chance of them listening. I say, "if you want your friends to believe you , you'd better not kill them all off. I did not ask wishing to focus on the journal articles--not personal habits. Except they know I am unvaccinated and take high dose vitamin C to prevent respiratory conditions. Which they say is bull shit--all in my head. Vitamin C does nothing to control infections--it's all in your head. You are falling for conspiracy theories. You need antibiotics and vaccines--not supplements!
I know what I know. I've had pneumonia 3 or 4 times. I've had the flu every other year. And I spend months recovering. Every spring and fall I suffered a serious respiratory condition-hay fever? Except my doctor told me only children get allergies. Ever since I regularly dosed myself with vitamin C, up to bowel tolerance each day, I haven't had any respiratory conditions. And once when my vitamin C oxidized and lost it's power--I got another respiratory event.
As a case study of n=1, I'd say vitamin C is a proven treatment for and also prevention of pneumonia, flu, bronchitis--and even sepsis. (Treated my husband with 40 grams daily of vitamin C until he tested negative in about 10 days).
