The big picture appears to be largely economic. In this speech, Wolff says the current economy and currency (fiat dollar) is tanking so the oligarchs are trying to transition to Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), using Passports -> Digital ID -> Universal Basic Income -> Serfdom (for those left behind after the depopulation agenda).
This article by Fabio Vighi shows the timeline of the 2019 economic collapse and the REAL reason for the lockdowns. He pessimistically says capitalism has reached the point where investing in human labor (us!) is no longer profitable.
Perhaps the fastest (only?) way out of this mess is for the economy to collapse on its own before they have time to set up CBDC. If that happens, then they won't care about vaccination any more and perhaps much of their wealth (created out of thin air) will collapse as well.
