The thing I am realizing, is that even if he didn't actually lose the house, will he stay for the aftermath? He's 70. I think not. And I know there will be no insurance reinbursment likely, so he just ate 400g. Not easy to recover from for anyone.

'Just went back to Sarasota to see our house, and we have some damage. The front entrance patio roof ripped away, damaging the NW wall /ceiling joint. So you can see outside from inside, would leak inside if it rains. Also had some missing shingles on the roof, so it’ll have to be repaired or replaced. Our park took a substantial hit, lots of folks in way worse shape than us. And we’re still alive and kicking, so, oob la dee , oob la die, life goes on….. la la la life goes on! '
