Outrageous Charade Canada vs Voice of Reason

How Canadians should resist unlawful measures at the border.

Following the previous posts, “Fun House Mirrors Canada” and “"True North"? Or False? Oh, Canada...”, beating on the subject of illegality of all Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) border measures as it relates to the residents of Canada, and the Canadian Border Services Agency of Canada (CBSA) and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) recruited to corral Canadians into the hands of PHAC at the border to be subjected to demeaning and illegal treatment, the main question that many of us have is - how to avoid unlawful fines at the hands of PHAC, or how to contest and drop these illegal fines if you get them.

Unfortunately, this exact information is unprecise, scant and unreliable at the moment. We need much more of it from reliable sources. The good news is:

• As far as uncorroborated reports go, no one was actually fined if they go contest these outrageous fines in court

• Here’s advise from Chris Sky. If you don’t know who Chris Sky is, watch this and you won’t be able to unsee it:

• We should get more concrete info from Officer McNulty, our guardian angel border guard, the 1st video with whom I have posted in “Fun House Mirrors Canada”:

• In his 2nd video from Jul. 13, 2022 (a must watch!)

  he further clarifies many points:

  • Do not download and fill out the ArriveCan app.

  • You will not be prevented from boarding your plane. If the boarding agents say you MUST fill out ArriveCan app form, say “I am Canadian, what are you talking about! Call your manager.” Be noisy about it too. Stand your ground. The ArriveCan app concurs with you

    

  • Do not report the info requested by it when talk to the border agent

  • When directed by them to PHAC officers, walk right past them, treat them as invisible - they have no right to detain or fine you. Do not give them any information. Stand your ground by just ignoring them or anyone else once you are on Canadian ground. Do not cave in. At this point PHAC has no way of even writing you a fine.

  • Once past CBSA agents and someone tries to stop you from going home on corral you into the hands of PHAC minions, be noisy and loud in the crowd, declaring that you are a Canadian and you are going home. And go! You are in the right:

Officer McNulty promises to cover fighting the PHAC fines in his 3rd video. I will keep looking out for it and announce it here as soon as I get hold of the link. In the meantime, I will try to collect some fine facts (no pun!) I can discover online and will report it together or ahead of the 3rd video.
