Quarantine Act Charade Is Gaslighting Canadians

The courts know it's a sham. The government imposes it. Who will end it?

From the folklore evidence, we don’t know a case where the ticket(s) for the alleged violations of the “mandatory measures”, issued by Public Health Officers (PHOs) at the border, have not been dropped before the matter got in front of a judge. Why is that? We don’t know for sure as the courts don’t explain the reasons why the charges are being dropped. All we know is the courts know that all these tickets are invalid, all these charges are invalid, or both. Why don’t they tell us? Because political activism is not in their job description. Too bad. So, where do we go from here?

• One obvious reason why all the measures, pompously proclaimed by Orders in Council every month for two and a half years under the Quarantine Act Section 58, are null and void, is this. There is nothing these border “quarantine” measures can or will do to prevent the introduction of SARS-CoV-2 into Canada. After almost 3 years of the “pandemic”, Covid-19 is firmly on Canadian soil, spread far and wide, more than 50% of population have been infected already after Omicron, the rest jabbed. The sewage testing in Ontario indicated 100,000-120,000 cases a day at the end of February-beginning of March 2022, the height of the Omicron wave. That translates into 30% of Ontario population being infected just in that one short wave. When the disease in so endemic, harassing a few unvaccinated at the border is doing nothing for the public health. The enforcement of the quarantine measures in the second half of 2022 is the equivalent of locking the barn after the horse is already gone. Or worse, it's just the abuse of Canadians for the sake of abuse:

• Second, the astronomical tickets written by PHOs to the tune of $5,000-$17,500 per person, including children, are the clear violation of their own regulations, “Regulations Amending the Contraventions Regulations (Quarantine Act): SOR/2020-86” from Apr. 14, 2020 Read “"Regulations Amending the Contraventions Regulations": I Stand Corrected!”

  

• Third, PHOs have no authority to write those tickets, the peace officers or bylaw enforcement officers should be the ones doing that, but for some reason they don’t. So, the tickets are also issued illegally which also makes them invalid.

• Fourth, the measures and astronomical tickets contravene the Canadian Bill of Rights Sections 1(a), 1(b), 2(a), 2(b), just off the top of the head.

This is very dangerous language especially as vaccines do not stop transmission. Are we going to start pinning deaths on “unvaccinated?” Never in my life have Canadians been threatened and coerced on so many levels.

So, on these four grounds any and all tickets should be appealed and will be dropped.

BTW, never try to invoke the Charter of Rights and Freedoms because anything may be legal under the Charter until found illegal by the courts, which will never happen. The Charter is one big Trojan horse, or, alternatively, hard toilet paper.

So, who will step in and end all this nonsense and abuse? Who will make the perpetrators accountable for this travesty and criminality? The question is not rhetorical.
