"Sudden and Unexpected" Hospital Staff Shortages All Over Canada
A new elephant no one wants to notice.
The staffing shortages have been building in Canada’s hospitals for about a month now. After 2.5 years of intense focus on health care, the whole system is running into the ground at an accelerating clip. “'Not going to get better anytime soon': No end in sight for health care staffing shortage in Ottawa and Ontario” (CTV News, 2022.07.30):
While COVID positive cases aren't overwhelming the health care system like they did at the start of the pandemic, the virus is impacting the health care system in Ottawa and across Ontario in a different way now.
"This is not going to get better anytime soon, it's just going to get worse, and I think it's going to get worse quickly," said Ottawa nurse Christie Cowan.
And why would then that be?
"Moral is very low, nurses are tired, burnt out, almost everyone who I work with is on some type of medication for anxiety or depression and therapy," she said. "Nurses don't need much reason anymore to leave the hospital, leave the bedside, and some leave the profession. With higher workloads, higher stress and less time off, it's happening faster and faster," said Cowan.
Demoralized, eh? Anxious? And therapy? Therapy for what exactly? Never mind!
Now despite the health care system suffering with staffing issues – one message from health care professionals has not changed at all: if you are sick and need care do not hesitate to go to the hospital.
Where you’ll spend upward of 20 hours to be admitted, or 2-3 hours in the ER before anyone will have a look at you.
Can it have anything, just anything to do with hospital staff being mandated the 4th shot? We know that doctors are dropping like flies as of July 2022:
And these are just those that died. How many have been injured recently? Or too sick to work long shifts?
And as do doctors so should do nurses, or even more, one would think?
Or course one would be totally misled and confused, as helpful mindminders from the Ministry of Truth will be happy to point out and to instantly correct the wayward thought processes.
Which does not change the reality on the ground, factcheck or not. “… it's going to get worse quickly.” Time will tell very soon then.
So nurses in Canada are now on dangerous anti-anxiety meds like Xanax and Antivan to cope with the stress ... All the more reason to stay out of the hospitals ... any hospital ... anywhere ... EVER!
Public health has been transformed into public death. If public health was the aim they’d have stopped this nonsense long ago. Their maniacal focus on jabs clearly shows that the aim is something entirely different and evil. They are waging a war against us and yet we don’t act as if we were at war with them. So far, our inaction engenders their legitimacy. We are consenting to a rule by psychopaths and sociopaths. These criminals will not stop because we are nice to them.
