It was worried originally that by making an explicit US bill of rights, that eventually every freedom not specifically listed would be assumed to be unprotected. Removing bodily autonomy should be assumed, and easily argued to be a basic freedom. A precedent should be set by applying amendment 9 in practice.

This seem interesting. I have not watched the documentary therein, but Pascal Najadi is a powerful guy, and seems to be moving aggressively with the "conclusions".
