What Happens in France Stays in France?
"Strengthening the fight against sectarian excesses and improving support for victims"?
I could hardly believe my eyes reading the reports about the French National Assembly adopting on Wednesday, in first reading, the bill aimed at strengthening the fight against “sectarian excesses” (“Projet de loi visant à renforcer la lutte contre les dérives sectaires”) in the field of the practice of medicine. Upon closer verification, it all turned out to be true. With a few bumps along the way, the government was able to push through the bill with the notable Article 4, with 182-137 votes in favour. Here’s the complete Article 4, in all its glory:
Article 4 (Amendments n°CL128, n°CL47)
After article 223-1-1 of the penal code, article 223-1-2 is inserted as follows:
“ Art. 223‑1‑2. – Provocation to abandon or abstain from following therapeutic or prophylactic medical treatment is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros, when this abandonment or abstention is presented as beneficial for the health of the persons targeted when it is, in the state of medical knowledge, clearly likely to result in serious consequences for their physical or psychological health, taking into account the pathology from which they suffer.”
“Provocation to adopt practices presented as having a therapeutic or prophylactic purpose for the persons concerned is punishable by the same penalties when it is clear, in the state of medical knowledge, that these practices expose them to an immediate risk of death. or injuries likely to result in mutilation or permanent disability.”
“When the provocation provided for in the first two paragraphs has been effective, the penalties are increased to three years of imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 euros.”
“When these offenses are committed through the written or audiovisual press, the specific provisions of the laws which govern these matters are applicable with regard to the determination of the persons responsible.”
“Sectarian excesses”? “Clearly likely” “in the state of medical knowledge”?
So, “clearly” or “likely”? Make up your mind, France! And what “sects” are they talking about that indulge in “excesses”? And what constitutes an “effective” “provocation”? And who epitomizes “the state of medical knowledge”? Is it Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates? Or Justin Trudeau and Emmanuel Macron? Or Tedros Ghebreyesus and Tony Fauci? Or the CDC and FDA? Anyhow, it’s a one-way street: the authorities will define and decide what is “the state of medical knowledge”, regardless if it’s right, wrong, or outright criminal.
It all would have been funny if it weren’t so serious. We can clearly see that the debacle of Covid “vaccinations” didn’t deter anyone. The Empire strikes back and lines its ducks in a row in anticipation of the WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty to be adopted this spring:
At its seventh full meeting in December 2023, the INB recommended the continuation of informal discussions with Member States. Member States will propose further textual amendments by 15 January 2024 for consideration at the eighth INB meeting (19 February–1 March 2024). The ninth will take place from 18–28 March 2024. The INB will submit its outcome for consideration by the 77th World Health Assembly in May 2024.
And then the gates of Hell will be wide ajar, wider than any of us can presently imagine...
Eugyppius thought it was not as bad as what some substackers think. I think it is as bad as it reads. I think it is awful. This law should not pass at all - the govt has no business whatsoever with any of what it is putting its nose into ! Bailiwick news has been posting how the laws in the US have changed over the last few decades, and we are almost in the same situation. Soon the govt can push whatever treatment on everyone, and those that do not comply will be incarcerated or desinherited. If you know of a country apart from North Korea, Ethiopia or one of the very fundamental islamic countries, let us know. I have been looking, but Africa is full of experimental labs, and I am white so does not sound too good either!
"taking into account the pathology from which they suffer"
So what "pathology" do healthy people suffer from which requires them to inject the dangerous and ineffective toxxine?
At least the law has been badly written. I suppose that's a positive.
