GQDs as mRNA Delivery System into Cell Nuclei?
Could GQDs have been added to Pfizer mRNA jabs to facilitate mRNA integration into the human DNA?
After writing “End-Game Behind Covid-19 mRNA Vaccines?“, there is more “interesting” information coming to the fore. Namely, there is another aspect of the graphene quantum dots (GQDs) that make them very useful, if one had nefarious intents with the mRNA code for the S spike protein, among other possibilities.
As I have written already in “Does mRNA in Jabs Really Produce S Spike from SARS-CoV-2?“, Professor Rudolf Jaenisch’s study at MIT, published on May 25, 2021, found that the viral genes can make use of LINE-1, a common enzyme in the human body, to get into the nucleus and insert themselves in our DNA. The nucleus is protected by a lipid membrane, but not entirely sealed, allowing materials to come in and out with the help of some agents such as LINE-1.
Jaenisch’s mortal transgression against the Covid cult doctrine is this: Jaeneisch at al. speculate that the S spike code (a) can and (b) does embed into the human DNA, hence the long Covid symptoms in so many convalescents. That tells us, empirically, that the S spike RNA code from SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA is embeddable into the human DNA, and then translatable from there into the S spikes.
The following two studies shed more light on the LINE-1 enzyme in human cells:
“The Reverse Transcriptase Encoded by LINE-1 Retrotransposons in the Genesis, Progression, and Therapy of Cancer” (Feb. 2016): "Long Interspersed Nuclear Element 1 (LINE-1) retrotransposons represent a large family of repeated genomic elements. They transpose using a reverse transcriptase (RT), which they encode as part of the ORF2p product."
“LINE-1 protein localization and functional dynamics during the cell cycle” (Jan. 2018): “LINE-1 enters the nucleus as the cell starts to divide and the membrane of the nucleus breaks down. The LINE-1 complexes are then retained in the nucleus while the membrane of the nucleus reforms. Later, as the cell duplicates its genetic material, LINE-1 starts to copy and paste itself. Mita et al., together with another group of researchers, also found that during this process, only LINE-1 RNA and ORF2p were found in the nucleus.“
The scoop: LINE-1 contain the reverse transcriptase that may embed the S spike RNA code into the human genome; and LINE-1 is present in some cell nuclei. The significance of the latter will become evident soon.
As the article from Jan. 2021, “Coronavirus gene findings are no cause for alarm, says leading scientist,“ reports, “some researchers have asked Jaenisch to retract the paper because it could affect people’s confidence in the new vaccines.“ Out of sight, out of mind? Thanks, “some researchers”!
If that wasn’t enough, GQDs seems to be equally, if not more, useful in transporting “stuff” to the cell nuclei than the ubiquitous LINE-1 enzymes. Exactly this much is stated in the research paper from March 2018, “Application of graphene quantum dots for simultaneous fluorescence imaging and tumor-targeted drug delivery“: “After applying the GQDs as drug carriers, the drug efficacy of DOX improved without concomitant DOX dosage increases. Cellular uptake results of DOX-GQDs-RGD conjugates indicate that not only DOX but also some GQDs penetrated into cell nuclei after 16 h of incubation. This enhancement combined with efficient nuclear delivery improved the cytotoxicity of DOX dramatically. This type of drug delivery system based on GQDs may find widespread applications in biomedicine.“
https://elifesciences.org/articles/30058: "LINE-1 enters the nucleus as the cell starts to divide and the membrane of the nucleus breaks down. The LINE-1 complexes are then retained in the nucleus while the membrane of the nucleus reforms. Later, as the cell duplicates its genetic material, LINE-1 starts to copy and paste itself. Mita et al., together with another group of researchers, also found that during this process, only LINE-1 RNA and ORF2p were found in the nucleus."
What not to like? This might be the ultimate explanation of the indirect evidence that GQDs are present in the Pfizer gene therapy concoction they call a “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine”, if some part of the S spike mRNA is bound to GQDs, to transport it into the nuclei. Maybe they thought it would be cool to integrate the S spike code into the human genome to provide a permanent “stimulant” for the immune system to produce antibodies to the S spike, thus bestowing permanent protection against SARS-CoV-2.
“What’s the worst that could happen?”
Okay, so you clearly know more than I do. The original article talked about reverse transcription of VIRUS RNA into nucleic DNA, right?
Are you saying the same happens with the vaccine RNA? And you are saying that GQDs help to transport vaccine mRNA into the nucleus? Does it need reverse transcriptase to effect reverse transcription, like in HIV?
