Aside from the shoddy grammar, in the U.S. SCOTUS always writes opinions for their decisions. Is this customary for the Commonwealth or is this a Canadian habit?

What's fascinating is how we've managed to fool all these groups and organizations that monitor democracy and freedom. Canada always did well on those indices.
The country is a fraud. And monumental one at that. In a way, it's a good thing. Being aware is the first step toward repairing and reforming.
No one copies Canada and we know why. I think behind the scenes it was understood we were a fraud. Only prideful parochial Canadians thought otherwise.
Parochial means you're shut off from the outside not exposed to things beyond yourself. You have a narrow view and scope of things. Not sure that's good unless you view it differently?
Nothing is perfect but I am not overly keen on having to fight to the death to stop people from raping my wife and raiding my pantry ..
Clearly this plan resonates with the people tasked with rolling it out --- I don't see much in the way of objections to the injections .. even Russia and China are on board

Did you see the long vid of the Canadian couple returning to BC to their summer house? They could've and should've trained their camera (it's our right apparently: border hero McNulty said as much) directly on the POS who gave them piles of fines for tens of thousands of dollars. Was insane.
Guy was either Customs or Public Health; a sociopath who had a vendetta against them (had seen them on their way to the USA and was determined to wield his mighty power). Was INSANE. The couple was respectful and made it clear that they'll fight the bullshit fines.
Nicely done... they can use the tickets to a) wipe their asses or b) start the campfire.
My favourite anecdote involving CovIDIOCY Administrators involves my health insurer here in NZ.
Yet again my premium was significantly raised this year --- I called the broker and said 8 years and not a single claim ... I am happy to go for a full medical check if that can staunch the bleeding of my cash to their pockets... I am tired of subsidizing obese people who make bad life decisions and pile up claims ...
Oh and I've been seeing a lot of vax injuries --- now I'm subsidizing those who chose to inject The Experiment and are now permanently f789ed.
Broker tells me not much can be done about subsidizing sofa dwelling cola addicts - that's just they way it works (although he did contemplate why there are not policies available that require full medicals and provide lower rates for non slobs...)
As for the injuries he had to pass this to the underwriter and a senior guy calls me.
He denies that there are loads of vax injury claims -- which triggers me... I mention that the CFO of a large German insurer mentioned this in their annual report and was fired a few days later... So I can see why you would not want to go there...
However I have seen Medsafe numbers and the injuries in NZ are epic ... particularly heart damage... are you telling me that you are not seeing claims involving any of this... can it be that your clients have magically not been injured by the injections? (we have public cover here - but generally one would use private cover to get an MRI or other higher level of treatment carried out more quickly)

Oh and remember how when they insisted the vaccines were thoroughly tested and that they would prevent people from contracting covid? Remember that???? So maybe they didn't test them at all seeing as everyone now has covid -- or maybe they lied to you?

This reminds me of an incident in deepest darkest Borneo 20+ years ago ... me and a mate go into the heart of darkness up river on a boat to these bat caves... on board are the two top guys from Shell Oil in Brunei... at one point the 4 of us end up in a shack drinking piss warm beer and singing Air Supply or some other rubbish in the village karaoke lounge... they head guy tells us about the time he was late by literally 5 minutes for a meeting with the Sultan ...he walks in ... and whack...the Sultan slaps him hard in the face... we're like - wow what did you do... I apologized for being late...
I felt like a mini Sultan speaking to the insurance guy... I doubt he would let me slap him in the face... but he did allow me to call him a moron.
He let me know that there's be no 'unvaxxed discount' and signed off.

This is it in a nutshell. People who take prototype drugs, without even being paid for it, and not having the ability to sue for injury, are stupid. Full stop. Yes, the unshotted should receive lower medical and insurance premiums all around. We are like non-smokers or non-obese. We made healthy choices and should be rewarded for that.
We need a Conservative leader sooner rather than later. Wouldn't that be the person to ask the questions in Parliament to create publicity? Is this being challenged in court (Justice Centre?) Should we send your article to our MP's? Thanks for your hard work on behalf of Canadians.
